We reserve the right to use photos of your event for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, making final decisions, and ensuring that all vendor payments (not managed by Moments Defined) are handled according to those vendors' specific contracts.

Client Responsibilities

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your event, notice must be provided in writing. Please refer to your specific Service Agreement for details regarding refund eligibility and rescheduling fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Retainers: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date.
  • Payments: All payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your Service Agreement.
  • Late Fees: Late payments may result in a suspension of services or additional late fees.

Booking and Payments

Moments Defined provides luxury wedding planning, design, and event management services. The specific scope of work for each client will be outlined in a separate, signed Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the signed Agreement shall prevail.

Services Provided

Moments Defined is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors (venues, caterers, etc.). Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our planning services.
